Disability Support Worker
According to joboutlook.gov.au careers within disability care are expected to have very strong growth.
You can work as a Disability Support Worker with at least a years' work experience, however, a certificate III or IV in disability care, mental health, community services or another related field may be useful.

WHAT DOES THEIR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The role of a Disability Support Worker is to provide care, supervision and support for people with disabilities in the home, residential establishments, clinics and hospitals. In this role, you will work with other health professionals to maximise an individual’s physical and mental wellbeing. Working within the NDIS framework, you will also be expected to have an excellent knowledge of your clients’ NDIS entitlements and obligations.
